  1. These are some nice products you get here, and after checking out the price, none of them are too terribly expensive. Quite affordable actually.

My girl and I are always placing cardio workouts into our daily routines, and if I was to invest into something like this, the product would basically pay for itself over time.

I might just surprise her with that folding bike, or that vibrating machine. Man I bet she would LOVE that. By the way, when I first read about that, I was thinking WHAT THE HELL!?!?

Anyways, about the only thing these bad boys are missing is piece of meat tied to a stick and string for motivational purposes, HAHA!!

    Thanks for the information.

    1. Hi Brandon

Yea, be careful with that imagination? Most of those cardio machines are quite economical, yet sturdy and designed to give you a great cardio workout at home.

Thanks for stopping by, and leaving a comment

  2. Hi Mike!
All the products from Best Home Cardio Workout Equipment look very useful for one’s cardio exercise needs. Moreover, the price is also reasonable and affordable. A few months ago I was searching for a treadmill in India for my daughter. The treadmills I looked were too pricey and I was in too much confusion. But your choice LifeSpan TR 1200i Folding Treadmill looks affordable and meet my needs. But I am not sure If it can be shipped to India and the shipping costs matters. I should check out on Amazon.in. If it is available.
I will be glad if you can give some info on this.
    Thanks for your useful review.

    1. HI

I’m glad you found the post useful, and I am sure Amazon will ship the LifeSpan TR1200i Folding Treadmill, which is an outstanding piece of cardio equipment, to India. Actually the only way I know of to findout if there is any shipping restrictions for the treadmill is to start the checkout process. If there is a problem shipping it, it won’t let you continue. I know Amazon Global is good about shipping around the world.

  3. I read your page and I see you have given us many options for a good cardio workout at home. I know from taking a college course on nutrition, that physical activity. Even just 45 min a day can help prevent cardiovascular disease and heart attack, for this reason only I think we should all be looking for an easy way to be more active. And, if we can do it at home that’s even better. Thanks for giving us some easy options to do so.

    1. Thanks Danny

Cardiovascular disease is a serious health hazard all over the world, and exercise is one of the ways to prevent it. These cardio machines are great because you can use them anytime without a gym membership and without ever leaving home. In fact the vast majority of people who pay every month for a gym membership don’t even go to the gym? This cardio equipment in the post is all high quality, gets the job done, and is economically priced.

      Glad you stopped by

  4. I am really interested in the fitdesk exercise bike after reading this. I wish I could have one of these at work! I do work on my laptop a lot at home and this would be a great way to continue working and get a bike ride in at the same time. The non-slip surface is key as without that I’d feel the laptop would move around too much. I definitely want to try this out. Thanks!

    1. HI Tony

I like the FitDesk exercise bike myself. A person could read a book, a newspaper, or even write a blog post while they are doing cardio?

  5. Yes, I have been thinking about getting a cardio workout machine for home for quite some time. I don’t like to do it at the gym, I don’t know why, but I just don’t. So these are a lot of great options. I really like the Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill, and the price is right. I got a chuckle out of the vibrating machine. My grandfather had one of these in his homes, and my brother and I always had fun using it. I never saw it as an exercise machine though, LOL

    1. HI Matt’s Mom

Yes, the Weslo Treadmill is a great option. It does everything you expect from a treadmill and as you said, the price is right. So, what was your grandfather using his vibrating machine for I wonder?

Thanks for having a look at the cardio workout equipment

  6. I’ve been looking for a way to workout while working. I’m a freelancer and spend a lot of time on my laptop, sitting at a desk.

I started out looking at the standing and adjustable desks…and while they are better than sitting, they don’t give you any real workout.

Then I looked at the treadmill desks. That just looks dangerous to me and takes up too much space!

After reading your review, I finally found what I was looking for! FitDesk Desk Exercise Bike with Massage Bar.

The price is right…I can store it away when I just want to work at the desk. It looks comfortable and has really good reviews! I can’t wait to order it!

    Thanks for the great review!

    1. HI

No doubt that you can improve all of your health by merely pedaling along as you do your freelance work on your laptop on the FitDesk. In fact I don’t see why you couldn’t sit in front of a monitor on your desk and just put a wireless keyboard and mouse on the exercise bike’s desktop?

      Thanks for reading and commenting

  7. I like the Max climber Vertical climber because it offers the best type of exercises that I need for my hiking and rock climbing. I am not a fan of cardio since it leads to loss of muscle mass but having one of these machines wouldn’t be bad either. Have you tried weight lifting for fat loss and weight loss?

    1. Hi

I am aware that some people, and you, believe cardio leads to muscle loss, but I’m pretty sure muscle loss happens only when peopl are drastically cutting back on carbs while doing a weight loss and cardio. However when you get to be an old man like myself, you begin to realize how important cardio is to your cardiovascular health.

When it comes to weight loss and cardio, I am well aware of the often overlooked benefits of weight lifting. Weight lifting is a powerful weight loss technique because it can convert fat to muscle.

Thanks for your input for sure

  8. These are some great products you recommend. I personally have always been a fan of the treadmill and eliptical.

While I personally do like running outside to get my cardio, some days are just too rainy or cold to do so.

What are your recommendation of slow cardio vs hiit? Do you think one is better than the other, and if so why?

    1. Hi Michael

I like running outside, but sometimes the weather forces me in to the treadmill. I also love the eliptical machines for a serious whole body workout. When it comes to steady state cardio vs HIIT, I don’t really favor one over the other. I think they serve two different purposes.

Even though HIIT is awesome for shedding pounds and upping testerone, it takes a toll on my body taking a longer recovery time than slow and steady cardio. Plus I think if you’re not careful with HIIT you’ll loose muscle mass?  Sometimes I do periods of High Intensity Intervals, but mostly I stick with slow cardio for keeping my weight steady and it also keeps my endurance levels up.

      Thanks for your input

  9. I Love that folding magnetic bike a lot! Great for using in your bedroom or study to just fold away fast after a workout and just slip it into a small hiding spot somewhere. I’m a runner but have been thinking of trying out a static bike and maybe one of those treadmills for rainy days? Do you think it would be a good addition to my running program?

    1. HI Pierre

Yes I absolutely think either an exercise bike for cardio is a great endurance level booster when it comes to your running program.

I usually run every other day, and workout on my bike a couple of days a week. They go together well!
